Bonjour, j'ai eu un débit sur ma carte de crédit et rien n'est indiqué ni sur votre site, ni par mail!
Est-ce que c'est bien vous qui avez fait ce débit?
Ou est-ce qu'on peut voir de quand à quand est notre abonnement?

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, note that based on our Term of Use, your Jotform Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription, or you downgrade to a Starter plan. Your next renewal will be on June 23, 2026. You can check your next billing date on your Billing page. Let me show you how to do this:
- On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select Settings.
- Select Billing from the left side window. From there, you'll be able to see your Next Billing Date.
