Bonjour,
Depuis peu, j’ai un problème avec l’éditeur de PDF Jotform. Lors de la prévisualisation ou de l'impression directe depuis l'éditeur, la mise en page (gras, italique, etc.) s’affiche parfaitement.
En revanche, lorsque je télécharge le PDF, cette mise en forme disparaît complètement. Le texte est bien là, mais sans aucun style appliqué. Si j'imprime, la mise en page fonctionne.
Ce comportement est nouveau : cela fonctionnait sans problème depuis plus de 3 ans.
Pourriez-vous m’indiquer comment résoudre ce souci ? Est-ce un bug connu ou une option que je dois activer différemment ?
Je précise que cela se produit quel que soit le navigateur utilisé.

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, When I tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Just checking in since it's been quite some time—since June 24th—and the issue is still unresolved. Could you please follow up with your developers and let me know where things stand? This is becoming a bit urgent for us, and I'd really appreciate an update soon.

There haven’t been any updates yet. I know that it’s taking some time to resolve. I’ve marked this as a Priority and reached out to our Developers again. We’ll let you know as soon as there’s an update.
