Bonjour,
J'aimerai savoir si vos forfaits mensuels (notamment débutant et bronze) fonctionnent par mois coulant ou par mois calendaire.
Autrement dit, est-ce que la mise à jour des crédits se fait forcément le 1er du mois ou concerne une période étalée ?

Now, coming back to your question, Jotform's subscription plans operate on a rolling month basis rather than a strict calendar month. This means that your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe and renews exactly one month later.
For example, if you have subscribed on June 18, the next renewal will be on July 18. Your credit updates also follow this cycle, ensuring that usage limits reset based on your subscription rather than a fixed calendar reset. You can check your monthly cycle reset date by visiting the Account Usage page .
If you have decided on what plan to purchase, you can easily Upgrade your account to the subscription plan that suits you best. Let me show you how:
- Log in to your Jotform account, go to the Pricing page , and click on Upgrade under the subscription plan you want.
- In the Choose Your Payment Schedule section , select Yearly or Monthly .
- Then, enter your billing details in the Billing details section .
- In the Choose your Payment Method section , select Credit/Debit Card or PayPal .
- If you choose Credit/Debit Card , you can enter your Credit/Debit Card information below the Credit/Debit Card option .
- Next, in the top-right corner of the page, in the Summary section , tick the box next to I've read and agree to the Terms of Service , and click on Pay .
But, if you select PayPal as the payment, a PayPal Payment window will open, where you can log in and complete your payment after clicking on the Pay with PayPal button. Check out this screenshot below:
After the subscription is successfully paid, the features and limits for the chosen subscription plan will be applied to your account right away.
