Hi apoupion,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I'll need some time to look into this. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Hi Aurore,
You can use Jotform's Quiz Maker feature to create a quiz and display the score and incorrect answers after the submission. Let me show you how to do it:
1. Go to the Quiz Maker page, and click on the Open Quiz Form option.
2. Then, on the pop-up window, click on Allow.
3. After that, select the form you want to turn into a quiz.
4. Finally, select Continue.
Also, check out our guide explaining how to Turn Your Form Into a Quiz or Exam for other details.
Let us know if you need any more help.

Bonjour

Hi Aurore,
To make the results of the quiz showing the right answers, you just need to select the option to Include correct Answer as shown below, and then to click on Save your quiz;
Once done, the tight answers are showing in parentheses, as shown below:
As for asking the respondent to select 5 choices in a Multiple Choice element,
- In Form Builder, select the Multiple Choice element and click on the Gear icon.
- In the right panel, go to the Surveying tab.
- Activate option Entry Limits and set the Min and Max number of answers required.
Once done, you can select multiple right answers in the Quiz Maker, as shown below:
Give it a try and let us know how it's going.
