Bonjour,
J'ai un problème avec mon mail. Mon cpanel à été supprimé, mon mail avec. Je ne recois donc pas les mails. Comment faire pour changer de mail en utilisant le mail de recuperation ?

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, if you no longer have access to the current email address in your Jotform account and are not able to receive emails, you can fill out Jotform Account Recovery Form and our relevant team will email you once they've had a chance to look into it.
