    Bonjour,

    J'ai créé des formulaires avec soumissions pour tester JOTFORM, le produit me convient je souhaiterai donc essayer d'utiliser pendant 1 mois Jotform avec la formule BRONZE ne conservant les données des formulaires que j'ai créé dans la version gratuite.

    Est il possible de faire cela ?

    Si je ne souscrit plus à un abonnement pendant 8 mois puis que je me réabonne, vais je retrouver tous les formulaires que j'ai créé, les messages et les soumissions ?

    Now, coming back to your question, I understand that you want to subscribe to Bronze plan then want to know if you'll cancel the plan will the form and submission data will remain. Once you cancel the plan to Starter plan, your usage limits will adjust according to your Jotform Subscription. For our Starter Plan, see the limit details below:

    5 Forms Limit — The number of active forms.

    100 Monthly Submissions — The total number of entries you can receive every month from all your forms.

    100MB Upload Space — The available storage space for file uploads.

    1,000 Monthly Form Views — The number of impressions or times your forms can be viewed.

    500 Total Submission Storage — The total number of form entries you can store in your account.

    100 Fields per Form — The maximum number of form elements for each form.

    For example you have 10 forms prior to cancelling, it will remain on the account but you cannot add additional forms unless you delete or archive some of your existing forms. But if you don't reach the limit of 5 you can still add new forms.

    As for the submission data, under Starter plan, you are allowed to save up to 500 total submission entries, If for example you have collected more than 500 submission entries from all of your forms prior to cancelling the plan, since it's exceeding the allowed limit the system will delete the oldest form entry to make room for the new submission, unless you delete or purge submission entries.

    So we strongly recommend to Download Submission Entries to avoid losing data. But if you won't not reach 500 or more submission entries after 8 months then the collected data will remain. You might also want to check out this guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
