Bonjour,
Nous avons une problématique avec notre formulaire d'inscription - OPC. Nous avons changé la date de notre prochaine formation et c'est encore l'ancienne version qui se met en mode prévisualisation et qui figure sur notre site Web. Pourtant, lorsque nous sommes dans le formulaire en question au niveau des paramétrages, la date est la bonne.
Nous avons le même problème avec d'autres formulaires.
Est-ce possible de vérifier?

Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, our Developer Team is aware of the issue, and they're working on it right now. We'll let you know as soon as they get it fixed.

Hi Joany,
I got an update from our Developer Team and the issue is now fixed. Can you try again and see how it goes? Before you do, clear your browser's cache and cookies first. You can also use Incognito or a different browser for this. If you also have a different device to test this, try that as well. If you're using a mobile browser or the Jotform Mobile app, close and reopen it, and then test the form again. I've cleared your Form Caches to refresh the data. You can also do the same on your end. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon, and then click on Settings.
2. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
