Forms: How to receive email based on the date?

J'aimerais que le mail s’envoie si la date indiqué dans le formulaire correspond a la date du jour. Comment faire ?

Now, coming back to your question, if I understood it correctly, you want an email to be triggered only if it matches the current date? If so, yes, it is possible. You can use the Email Conditional Logic. Let me show you how:

1. First, create your form and add two Date Elements. One for your users to select and one for the current date. Make sure that the current date is read only, or hidden so it cannot be changed.
2. Now for the condition, click on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions, and then select Change Email Recipient. (If you already have a condition set, first click on Add Condition, then select Change Email Recipient.) 

3. Set up the conditions as you see below and click on Save:
