Métadonnées supprimées dans l'éditeur PDF.

Est-il possible d'enlever la métadonnée "Jotform" dans l'éditeur PDF ? Cela n'était pas présent auparavant ?

J'aimerai qu'il reste vide pour mes documents.
Dans un autre ticket, il m'a été expliqué qu'il n'était pas encore possible d'insérer des métadonnées au document PDF.

Du coup je préfèrerai qu'il reste vide ou du moins pas laisser le Jotform.

Now, coming back to your question, regarding the title metadata in the PDF Editor, yes, it's currently not possible to leave this field entirely blank or remove the Jotform reference. This metadata is automatically generated by the system and cannot be edited or deleted at this time. We understand your interest in having a blank or fully customizable Title field, and we regularly pass along this type of feedback to our development team for consideration in future updates.

I’ve also checked the other thread, and I can confirm that my colleague has already submitted a feature request for this.

Je comprends très bien les besoins et les problèmes de chacun mais je vous assure que la mention dans le titre "Jotform" ne figurait pas il y a encore peu dans nos métadonnées.

Qu'est ce qui justifie ce changement soudain ?

Nous approchons l'évaluation de notre utilisation à vos services et s'il devait être lancer un nouveau marché, je te devrais tenir compte de ces changements.

Si au moins, nous avions l'opportunité de modifier cela dans l'éditeur, ca ne serait pas encore problématique. Mais malheureusement c'est du temps que nous perdons à enlever cette méta.

Thanks again for following up with us. If I understand correctly, your concern is about the recent change where the metadata title in your generated PDFs now automatically shows Jotform, whereas previously it was left blank.

At the moment, as my colleague previously explained, the system automatically inserts Jotform into the PDF metadata, and there’s no built-in option yet to leave it empty or customize it directly from the PDF Editor. We’ve already escalated a feature request about this to our development team for consideration in future updates.

Regarding why this change happened suddenly: internal system updates sometimes involve adjustments to default settings to maintain brand consistency, improve system behavior, or align with updated policies. However, I completely understand that this wasn’t ideal for your setup, and your feedback is important. I’ll make sure to pass your additional comments about the timing and impact of this change to the team as well.

That said, whether or not it will be developed, and when, will depend on a few factors, including the team’s current workload, the feasibility of the integration, and how much demand we see from other users.
