Integration with Jotform is not working

    Bonjour,

    L'API entre Jotform et Pipedrive ne fonctionne (encore) plus sur le formulaire "Nouvelle gestion".

    Pourriez-vous rectifier cela ASAP ?

    The API between Jotform and Pipedrive is (once again) not working for the "New Management" form.

    Hi homepilot,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked our documentation, but there are no known issues with PipeDrive integration at this time. I have cleared the form cache to refresh your form. Can you try testing the form and check if the issue happens again? This can also be resolved by removing the integration and integrating it back again. We also have a guide on How to Integrate Jotform With Pipedrive that you can check.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
