Limite de formulaire atteinte.

Nous venons de renouveler notre abonnement le 16/03/2025, cependant nous ne pouvons plus faire de nouveaux formulaires. Une fois l'abonnement payé les formulaires ne se remettent plus à zero ?

Now, coming back to your question, note that the form limit will not reset as this is a part of the total limits. To create a new form, you will need to disable or archive a form. Archiving and Unarchiving Your Form is easy. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on More on the right side of the page.
2. In the Dropdown menu, click on Archive to move the form to the Archive folder.

You can also easily unarchive a form. Let me walk you through it:

1. While on your My Forms page, click on Archive on the bottom-left side of the page.
2. Hover your mouse over the form you want to unarchive and click on More on the right side of the page.
3. In the Dropdown menu, click on Unarchive to move the form back to your My Forms page.

Here's how you can disable your form in Jotform easily. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the Form Settings window, click on Enabled in the Form Status option.
3. In the window that opens, click on the Downward Arrow icon and select Disabled.
4. You can change the Warning Message if needed. Once you're done, click on the Save button at the bottom right corner of the window. That's it, you're done.

When your form is disabled, people who try to open it will see the Warning Message as shown below:
