Création quiz au résultat personnalisé

Bonjour, j'ai associé des valeurs de calculs à chaque réponse dans toutes mes questions, avec une lettre de l'alphabet. Je voudrais pouvoir personnaliser le mail envoyé au participant en fin de formulaire, en fonction du maximum de réponses associées à une même lettre. Par exemple : "Vous avez un maximum de réponses H, vous êtes ...". Comment dois-je procéder pour réaliser cela ?

Unfortunately, the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, but rest assured, we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. As a workaround, to personalize the email sent to participants based on the maximum number of responses associated with a specific letter, you may utilize conditional logic in your form settings as I did in my demo form here. You will need to add a counter for each answer and use the Form Calculation widget to total the occurrences of each commonly selected answer. Once all questions are answered, identify the most frequently selected answer and apply an Update/Calculate widget accordingly. Let me walk you through it.

1. Add the multiple-choice fields:
2. Under each field, add four Form Calculation widgets and name them accordingly:
   
   
3. Add a condition for each Form calculation Widget to calculate 1 for each selected value, for example, the 1A Counter widget should have this condition:
4. Do it also for the 1C Counter, like the one below, and so on. Do the same for all Form Calculation Widgets to calculate 1 for each selected value.
5. Now, add 4 more Form Calculation Widgets to calculate the total selections of each choice, as you can see in the screencast below:
6. Now add a final Form Calculation Widget and name it Answer Text, then add multiple conditions to show a text message based on the total selected answer:
7. Now, all you need is to add the Field ID of the Answer Text field to the notification email, as you can see below:

Thanks a lot, I started to have a look to your answer. It seems OK and easy to understand, but very long to imput because I have 16 answers (multiple choices) for each of the 20 questions ! So I will do it next week and I will tell you if it's working. Thanks again and have a great week-end.

Can you please gibve more details : how did you put the conditions " INSERT A has mor epoints than all ... INTO Answer text" ?

I'm not sure I understand your last inquiry. As I understand, at step 6, in your condition, you just need to select the Answer Text field at section Résumé. Note that you can search for the field label to ease your selection in the menu, as shown below. Hereby, the condition being related to test if H is the hicher score, you just have to type the relevant text, in white on grey which means that this is a string:

Once you defined all your Autoresponder emails according to the different scores, you just need to create a condition for each of them. Let me show you how to create such a condition:

1. In Form Builder, in the Conditions page, create a new condition, and select Modifier le destinaire de l'email.
2. Then, set the condition as the following, hereby to send the Email minimaliste if the field Answer contains the letter M, when it's the one with the highest score following my previous exemple, and click on Enregistrer.

The condition being the following:
