Complétude formulaire manager et collaborateur

Bonjour

J'ai créé un formulaire pour les entretiens. Le salarié le complétait puis envoyé la soumission au manager pour qu'il puisse compléter ensuite de son côté. Je rencontre des problèmes de connexion depuis quelques jours, les managers n'arrivent plus à accéder et à modifier le formulaire avec le lien que leur envoie leur collaborateur.

Le formulaire est bien en public. Je ne comprends pas d'où le problème peu venir...

J'ai fait l'essai de mon côté et on me demande de m'identifier / créer un compte Jotform...

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

I checked your form and it seems you have assigned the form to other users which is why they are being required to log in before they can access the form. If you do not want the users being asked to login, you would need to revoke the assigned users. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, tap on Publish. 

2. Scroll down and click on the Icon or Avatar of the assigned user on the right side of the page.

3. On the prompt that pops out, click on the Three Dots icon on the right side of the prompt.

4. Select Revoke User.

5. On the next prompt, click on Yes, Delete to delete the assigned user.

You can then share the form to your user using the URL link or use the Share on Email feature to send the form to your users without logging in to the account. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, tap on Publish. 

2. Under the Publish tab, tap on Email.

3. In the screen that opens up, tap on Share on Email. 

4. Select the Recipient tab and email addresses for the people you want to send your form to, tap on Send, and you're done.
