Les conditions ne fonctionnent plus lorsque les champs sont cachés

Dans mon formulaire https://www.jotform.com/fr/build/250553053361247, j'ai créé des champs Statut et Nombre d'inscriptions qui me servent à envoyer des courriels différents lorsque le nombre maximal de participants est atteint. De cette façon, je peux créer une liste d'attente et la gérer manuellement (j'aurais aimé la gérer automatiquement mais ça semble impossible avec les outils disponibles dans Jotform en ce moment).

Ça fonctionne lorsque les champs Statut et Nombre d'inscriptions sont visibles. Mais aussitôt que je les cache, les conditions ne fonctionnent plus et les informations n'apparaissent pas dans le tableau des résultats.

C'est vraiment frustrant. Quelle est la solution?

Now, coming back to your question. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I was able to receive the email notification based on the condition you set for your submission counter. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

It works when the fields called Statut and Nombre d'inscriptions are visible in the form. I don't want them to be visible. When you tested, did you hide those fields before?

If you want to hide the Statut and Nombre d'inscriptions, please try to update the Widget and disable the Hide feature in the Properties window.

And then you can open the Widget Settings and use the Hide option.

After that, you need to check the Form Settings and update the Clear Hidden Fields feature. Please set it to Don't Clear option.
