    Bonjour

    J'ai actuellement un formulaire de prise de rendez-vous et après 3 rendez-vous pris je me rend compte que les plages horaires disponibles n'apparaissent plus .

    Elles sont pourtant bien notées dans les parametres.

    Ce sont des prise de rendez-vous importante pour moi, pouvez-vous m'aider ?

    Hi Mathilde,

    I checked your form and saw that the appointment displayed the time slots according to the time slots set to your appointment element per available day. Take a look at the screenshots below:

    Do you want to book multiple people in a single time slot from your appointment element field? If so, you can change the appointment type to Group and set the maximum attendees per time slot. Let me show you how:

    1. In the Form Builder, click the Gear icon on the right side of the Appointment element to open Appointment Properties.

    2. Under the Advanced tab, select Group from the Appointment Type.

    3. Enter the number in the Maximum Attendees Per Time Slot, and you're done.

    I cloned the form, and it works, but I’m limited to four appointments.

    Is this expected?

    Hi Mathilde,

    Are you referring to the maximum attendees per time slot? If so, you can get multiple time slots depending on the numbers you want, with a minimum of 2. Check out the screencast below as a Starter plan to see my results:

    But if that's not the limited appointment you're referring to, can you explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a better idea of what's happening? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:

    1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
