Pas de message de remerciement et impossible de soumettre le formulaire

bonjour, j'ai testé et fait testé mon formulaire mais aucun message de remerciement n'apparait alors qu'il est bien activé et impossible de soumettre les réponses pour finaliser mon questionnaire. Comment faire svp?

Now, coming back to your question, the Thank You page only appears upon submission of the form. As you aren't being able to submit the form, you won't be able to see it. I cloned your form 250484486786069 and I had the same issue about not being able to submit the form. However, I can see that you have several conditions in your form. I disabled the conditions and I tried submitting it again and I had no issues. Check out my result below:

That being said, double-check the conditions in your form to make sure that there aren't any conflicting conditions.
