Bonjour,
Merci d'avance

Hi riouqualite,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it.

Hi riouqualite,
For The Quiz form, if the answer is incorrect or a field is left blank, it's counted as an incorrect answer. It is currently not possible to hide fields from the result page that are hidden in the form. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread.
It's possible to exclude the blank fields if you calculate the result without using the Quiz tool. Assign calculation values to the question fields, and then use the Form Calculation widget to get the result. Here is a guide that you can check: How to Assign Calculation Value.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
