Modifier le titre lors du partage d'un lien ?

Bonjour, je me permets de vous contacter, car je souhaiterais modifier ceci " Enquête voie veineuse et échographie" dans le partage de lien afin de changer ces mots. Comment faire ?

Now, coming back to your question, Can you verify if you want to change the title of your form when you are sharing the link?

If yes, we can change it by changing the Page Title in your form. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Now, click on Show More Options to expand the Form Settings.
3. Scroll down and enter the title to be displayed on pages in the Page Title section.
