Je peux ajouter une nouvelle page après la page 1, mais comment puis-je faire pour ajouter une nouvelle page avant la page 1, au début du Formulaire ?

Now, coming back to your question. You can do this by adding a Page Break element after a form field on the first page. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down to Page Break and drag and drop it to the first page of the form after a form field.
