Intégration Google Sheets : envoyer la date à laquelle le bouton d'envoi d'e-mail a été envoyé dans les tableaux

J'utilise le tableau suivant : https://eu.jotform.com/tables/240564244146352

J'ai des colonnes qui permettent d'envoyer des mails en automatique :

J'ai besoin d'extraire les données du tableau Jotform régulièrement pour les analyser en fichier Excel. Cependant lorsque je fais cela, ces colonnes ne ressortent pas dans l'Excel :

J'aurai besoin d'avoir les dates des envois de mail dans mon fichier Excel.

Comment faire cela ?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to pass the date of when the send email button has been sent. As a workaround, I suggest adding a hidden Date Picker field. And on the day that you'll be sending the email in the tables, you need to edit the entry and fill out the Date Picket field and resend the form. Let me show you how to do this:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
2. From the Basic tab, select Date Picker.
3. Click on the Gear icon of the Date Picker field.
4. Click on the Advanced tab on the upper right side of the page and toggle Hide Field.

Now, let's edit the entry in the Tables.

1. First, you can click on the Send Email button.
2. Next, hover your mouse over the submission and click on View.
3. Click on the Three Dots icon on the upper right side of the page and select Edit Entry.
4. Select the current date on the Date Picker field and Submit the form.

Here's the result in the Google Sheets.

Il n'est pas possible de mettre une action : Quand on envoie le mail cela remplie automatiquement une colonne à côté du bouton avec la date ? L'action de remplir la date est obligatoirement manuelle ?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to add such an action in the Tables. Nevertheless, note that once a email has been sent from the button action, the sent date and hour is displayed into the cell, as shown below:

But this column is not displayed into the downloaded table, so that I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
