bonjour
je dois automatiser des taches, j'hésite entre odoo, wix ou jotform... j'ai besion de pouvoir automatiser des taches.
est ce qu'il est possible qu'un client sélectionne un produit via un formulaire et que jotform lui envoie automatiquement un contrat à signer et qu'il le signe en ligne ?
je voudrais que le contrat soit remplis avec les information saissie par le client et qu'il puisse le recevoir automatiquement et puisse le signer et que nous le recevions en retour signé.

Now, coming back to your question. Based on your requirements, you can utilize the Jotform Workflows feature in your form to streamline the process of signing a contract after the product form is submitted. I see that a workflow has already been set up in your Product Order Form. Let me show you how:
- In Workflow Builder, hover your mouse over the PDF element and click on the Trash Can icon to remove it.
- Click the Add Element button at the top left corner of the page.
- Drag and drop the Sign element and connect it.
- Click Add Document in the Sign element, choose your preferred Sign document, and select the Name and Email form fields from your Product Order Form.
