Bonjour, je suis en voyage en ce moment , j'essaye de me connecter pour travailler sur mes formulaires, on me demande un code authentification que je reçois par mail, le problème c'est que je reçois le code après le délai entre 8 et 10 minutes plus tard sur ma boite mail, impossible donc de me connecter via l'ordinateur, par contre sur mon app téléphone, je n'ai pas de soucis, mais je dois travailler sur l'ordinateur.

Now, coming back to your question, you can add the noreply@jotform.com and the noreply@formresponse.com to your contact list. This should help resolve the issue. In addition, I highly advise you to add the Jotform IP address to your email whitelist to help you receive the authentication code email faster. But if you're still having the same issue after doing this, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
