J'aimerai savoir si ça serait possible dans les soumissons d'avoir une colonne qui répertorie soit le nom ou l'adresse mail qui permet de savoir telle personne a enregistré telles choses au lieu de l'adresse IP soumission

Now, coming back to your question, you can use the Full Name or Email element on the Form Builder page to collect the name and email of the person filling up the form. You can also set these fields as required to prevent users from submitting a form without these fields. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Element.

2. On the left panel, click/drag Full Name or Email to add into the form.

3. On the right side of the newly added Full Name or Email element, click on the Gear icon.

4. On the right panel, turn on, Required.
