Transfert d'un formulaire vers un autre utilisateur

Je souhaiterais transferer un formulaire avec ses données (DV Immo) vers un autre utilisateur. Son aadresse mail est la suivante : contact@dv-immobilier-international.com

Merci de contacter l'assistance Jotform. Veuillez noter qu'une fois que les formulaires sont transférés de votre compte au destinataire (contact@dv-immobilier-international.com), celui-ci devient le nouveau propriétaire des formulaires transférés. En tant que tel, le processus de transfert ne peut pas être annulé à moins que contact@dv-immobilier-international.com, en tant que nouveau propriétaire, ne donne son accord explicite pour que les formulaires soient renvoyés sur votre compte.

Nous vous conseillons de veiller à ce que le transfert de formulaires corresponde bien à vos intentions, car nous ne pouvons pas annuler le transfert sans le consentement du destinataire.

Aussitôt que vous revenez vers nous, nous pourrons comprendre ce qui se passe et chercher une solution. 

Merci Frédéric pour votre réponse et réactivité. Oui en effet, DV Immo sera le nouveau propriétaire et aura la main sur le formulaire nommé DV Immo. En revanche, n'est transféré uniquement le formulaire DV Immo. Pouvez-vous m'assurer que les autres formulaires ne bougeront pas de mon compte.

Now, coming back to your question, yes, other forms will not be moved. To make sure we're moving the correct form to the other account, send us the link to the form you want to transfer. Let me show you how to get the form link:

1. In Form Builder, go to Publish at the top.
2. Click the Copy Link button.

You can then send it to us so we can transfer the correct form.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

We are unable to move the forms because you're currently using the EU server. Please ask the target user to update her account settings and set it to use the EU server as well. Let me show you how to do it:

1. Click your Avatar.

2. Click Settings to open your Account Settings page.

3. Go to the Data section.

4. Check the box beside Store my data only in Europe (Germany).

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
