Bonjour,
J'ai créé un nouveau formulaire "Bien Sûr : Votre contrat de mise à disposition d'un box de stockage". Cependant, le PDF du formulaire n'est pas téléchargeable une fois le formulaire complété et en plus il ne s'uppload pas sur Jotform alors que dans mes autres formulaires ça le fait bien.

Now, coming back to your question, I have cloned your form and tested it on my end and I was unable to replicate the issue where I was unable to download the attached PDF file on the Notification Email as shown in the screen recording.
I also, tried downloading the upload PDF file, and I was able to download it without any issues as shown in the screen recording.
If this is not what you are referring to, it would help us understand the issue if you can take a screenshot of what’s happening. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:
1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Hello,
Apologies if I wasn't clear enough. The issue is that the PDF is not appearing in the submissions. As shown in the attached screenshot, the PDF is missing. In my other forms, it appears correctly. Normally, the PDF is attached in a column, but for some reason, that's not happening here. I don't understand why this is the case.

To confirm, are you referring to the PDF attachment in the Notification Email? If so, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and it appears to be working as expected. Check out this screencast below:
Or, are you referring to the PDF in the Submission Table, like the one shown below?
If yes, then all you need to enable Jotform Sign Automation. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu.
- Next, click on Jotform Sign from the left panel menu.
- Lastly, toggle ON the Enable Jotform Sign Automation. That's it.
