Bonjour,
Cordialement,
VOGIN Maxime

Hi VOGIN,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, are you perhaps referring to the form titled Formulaire de réservation - Location de kayak? If you want to limit the stocks available, you can do this by setting the Product's Settings. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon on the right side of the Product List.
- On the right panel, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the product, and under the Stock tab, toggle Yes to the Enable Stock Control option.
- Set the Available Stock and click on Save when you're done.
Now, your customer can now only order based on how much stock is left:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi Deanne,
Thank you for your response.
My question was about the app "Location de kayak".
The problem is that we can't limit the stock on the app, and when customers buy a product, the quality of this product is not regulated according to the purchase made.
Before a purchase, I have 16 products in the stock but after, I want that if 3 products have been purchased, the stock automatically goes down to 13, down to 0 (stock exhausted).
Thank you for your responsiveness

Hi Maxime,
Indeed, this feature is not yet available in the Product List element for Apps. So, I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
In the meantime, you might want to use a form, which can be embedded into your App in needed.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
