Bonjour,
J'espère que vous allez bien?
Nous avons un problème avec Jotform sur les tablettes.
Dès qu'un patient arrive vers la fin du formulaire pour signer et soumettre, cela indique l'image ci-joint.
Donc, on aimerait comprendre pourquoi ca bug! Puis, nous avons fait la dernière mise à jour et nous avons même redémarré les tablettes iPad.

Hi Alex,
I cloned your form and tried replicating the issue, but everything works properly. Take a look at the screencast below:
I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches to refresh the form. Can you go ahead and try again to make a test submission? If the same thing happens again, can you tell us what device you're using so we can replicate it on our end?
