    Serait-il possible de nous proposer un tarif pour simplement augmenter notre nombre de soumission jusqu'à la fin de ce mois en cours ?

    Hi Julie,

    Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, there are only two ways that you can increase your submission limit. It's either you upgrade your account to a higher plan or completing certain tasks available on the increase limits page of your account.

    I do my possible to increase my limits. I did leave an advice on trustpilot and you answer to me! But I'm Still not have more submissions on my account. I really need 50 for today, please please please do Something. I did leave also an advice with G2 Crowd, but still nothing. Please help me is for my job.

    Hi Julie,

    Note that it usually takes up to 48 hours to review your request. I'll ask the team in charge to rush your request, but since they are in the US, they won't be online before this evening. If you really need more submission today, you can upgrade your account now to the Bronze plan, and then cancel it as soon as you don't need it anymore. To cancel a paid plan, you just need to downgrade back to the free plan, at any time.

    Chère Julie,

    J'ai déjà une réponse de notre équipe US matinale. Ils vous ont fait crédit de 10 soumissions supplémentaires, on vous suggère de faire un post sur un blog pour gagner plus de soumissions. Avec un peu chance, je peux rester en contact cet après-midi avec les évaluateurs pour mettre à jour votre compte dès que vous l'aurez fait.
