Bonjour,

Hi Maurice,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, yes, it's possible to save your data on a local server. Our Export Data feature lets you download all your forms as HTML files, your submission data as a CSV file, and uploaded files, all in a single ZIP file. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
- Go to Data in the menu on the left, and click on Download My Data under the Export Data section.
- Now, click on Create New Export to proceed.
- Select the time frame in which you wish to export data. All Time is the default. You can select from multiple options, as shown in the image below.
- Then, select which data to export, and click on Prepare Download to start the export process.
You should see the progress after clicking the Prepare Download button. It will be like the following:
Now, here's how to download the data:
- All requests that have been processed are listed in the same window. In each row, you should see what data has been prepared.
- Then, hover your mouse over the requested data and click on Download to get the zipped data on your device.
You can also download the data through the notification email sent to your registered email address.
That's it. We also have a guide on How to Export All of Your Data at Once that you can check out.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
- On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image on the top-right side of the page, and then click on Settings.
