Not receiving email notifications upon form submissions

    Bonjour,

    Depuis plusieurs jour nous ne recevons plus les confirmation de candidatures sur notre projet "Competition EKARIEACH 24". Que ce passe t'il ? Merci.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Going back to your question, after checking your form, I have verified that your email is in our bounce list. That's why you are unable to receive any more notification upon form submission of your clients.

    You can remove the email address from the bounce list to be able to send emails again. Let me show you how:
