Notre entreprise vient de souscrire une licence Jotform. En me transmettant les accès, la personne qui a acheté la licence s'est trompé dans les données qu'elle m'a transmise et j'ai atteint le nombre de tentatives et je dois désormais attendre "a few hours" sans indications précise sur le temps d'attente.

Combien de temps dois-je attendre pour pouvoir retenter une connexion?

Est-ce possible de me laisser me login directement?

Now, coming back to your question, it usually takes a few hours before you can try logging in again. But, I've gone ahead and flushed your login attempts. You should be able to retry logging in now. In case you need help in resetting your password, here's how to do that:

1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.

2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.

3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
