I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

Now, coming back to your request, I have successfully transferred the form to the account associated with the email address copil@francegreeters.fr. Keep in mind that, if you've set a Custom URL to the form, it'll no longer work; thus, it must be configured again in the form, under the new account.

In addition to transferring forms, if the form doesn't have any submissions yet, you can actually make a copy of it to another account, by cloning the form using the Form URL. You can follow this guide on How to Clone an existing Form using the Form URL.
