Yes, it is possible to show a specific message to a form filler when access is restricted. You can do it by adding a Paragraph element. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button.

2. Search for the Paragraph element and Add it on the form.

3. Click on the Pen Icon and input and customize the message that you want to show.

4. Then, click on the Gear Icon, then go to the Advanced tab, and enable the Hide option.

5. Click on the Settings tab at the top, then click on the Conditions tab on the left side panel.

6. Select Show/Hide Field element from the options.

7. Set a similar condition below:
