Impossible d'ajouter des pièces jointes au formulaire

Bonjour, nous avons un problème avec l'un de nos formulaire, quand une personne le rempli et met une pièce jointe (par exemple un logo) lorsqu'il l'envoie il recoit un message d'erreur, mais de notre coté nous le recevons sans problème. Est-ce qu'il y a une solution pour ne pas que la personne qui rempli le formulaire recoive un message d'erreur à la fin? (Voir erreur en image)

Now, coming back to your question, I tested your form and had the same issue. However this issue seems to be only happening to your form and a cloned form. I suggest creating a form and try to test again while waiting for solution. In the meantime, I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developers. Although we don't know exactly when it'll be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.
