    Bonjour


    pouvez vous actualiser les formulaires de contacts et rappels


    en effet le nombre est dépasser mais doit être remis à zéro le 1er de chaque mois et la sa ne fonctionne pas

    Now, coming back to your question, can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? What exactly are you asking to be updated? Can you share with us the links to the forms in question so we can check it on our end? And about the reset part, are you talking about your account's usage and limit monthly reset? If so, I checked your account, and it seems to have reset already, and the account is active, so your forms should be active as well.

    Please note that the monthly usage limit varies per account, and if yours is today, or every first of the month, the reset happens within the day of the reset, not on an exact time. So you may need to check your account within the day to see if the reset already happened or not. It's easy to check, let me show you how:

    1. In your account's My Forms, click on your Profile avatar in the top right corner of the page.
    2. Click on Settings.
    3. Go to Usage on the left.
    4. From there, you will see the Monthly Usage and the reset date of your account. You can also check the information of your usage and limits there.

    Comme chaque mois une fois le nombre de formulaire dépassé il faut que vous réinitialisiez de votre coter

    I just want to make a follow-up on your most recent response about resetting your account's usage and limits. Please note that it is not possible for us to reset those limits for you, as it is automatically done by our system based on the Monthly Reset Date set on your account. So if the day of the reset comes, we advise checking your account's Usage page on that day, within the day, if the reset was completed. You can contact us a day after in case it didn't happen, so we can help you with it.
