Bonjour,
Mon abonnement arrivera prochainement à échéance. J'avais demander à annuler la reconduction automatique car le règlement se fait avec une carte bleu d'achats de l'entreprise et nous ne sommes pas autorisés à faire des paiements automatiques avec.
Pouvez-vous m'indiquer comment renouveler l'abonnement s'il vous plaît ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Now, coming back to your question, you can change the Credit Card linked to your account, and it will be the one to be charged on your new renewal. Let me show you how it's done:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.
2. In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.
3. Next, go to the Billing tab.
4. Click on Change Credit Card.
5. Enter the details in the Credit Card Information window.
6. Now, just click on Update to save the changes.
