    Merci

    Hi afropeanproductions,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. If I understood you correctly, you want to change prices in My product field dynamically based on user's answer. If this is the case, please note it is not possible to change product prices within My product field based on a condition. But, if that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? It is also recommended to capture a video using loom and share to us, or you can also send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Hello,

Thank you for your reply. That's exactly what I'd like to do.

Based on an answer given in the form, change the price of one of the products in “My products”. It must be a very recurrent request. Are you sure there isn't a way around it please?

    Hi afropeanproductions,

In case you want to charge a customer based on an answer he gave, you'll have to change Payment type to User Defined and also choose form calculation field under Get price from section. Additionally, you'll have to add a multiple choice field with calculation values and let the user choose an option. Let me walk you through it, step by step:

Adding Multiple Choice field with Calculation Value

    1. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.

    2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Multiple Choice field.

    3. Now, just drag and drop it to your form.

    4. Select Multiple Choice field and click on Gear icon.

    5. Under options tab, toggle on Calculation Values and set the calculation values.

Adding Form Calculation and calculating values of selected options in Multiple Choice Field.

    1. In Form builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.

    2. Under the Widgets tab, enter Form Calculation in the search bar, and drag and drop the widget to your form.

    4. In Formula section, click on Add field and choose Multiple Choice field & click on Save button.

    2. Under the Payments tab, enter Stripe in the search bar, and drag and drop the Payment Method to your form.

We also have a guide about How to Pass a Field Value to Another Field that you can check out. We also have a guide to help you learn How to Integrate Stripe Checkout With Jotform. Also, check out our guide explaining How to Assign Calculation Values.

And about your request to conditionally change price of products in My Products field, while that isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. But, when or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it.

If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    Hello Ibrar

Thank you very much! It was very helpful and we did it!

However, we can no longer see the invoice tab. Do you know where we can find it please?
