Erreur d'envoi : déconnecté par le serveur.

Bonjour

Cela fait plusieurs fois que mon enregistrement à la fin "soumettre" ne fonctionne pas et que je perds toute mes corrections.

Pouvez-vous regarder ce qui dysfonctionne dans les formulaires pour que les soumissions et les sauvegardes fonctionnent ?

Pouvez-vous me tenir informée ? je n'ai pas envie de refaire encore une fois le même travail pour qu'il ne soit toujours pas conservé.

Le formulaire qui ne fonctionne pas ce matin est "Connaissance de soi Examen Final"

Now, coming back to your question, looking at the screenshot you have received, it seems like you were logged out of Jotform while you were filling out the form. To avoid this in the future, we recommend you use the Save and Continue Later feature in your form. In that way, you will be able to save your answers when you want while filling the form out. It's easy to enable and use this feature. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select your Submit button’s gear icon to open Properties.
2. In the Properties pane on the right, go to Advanced.
3. Finally, turn Save And Continue Later on.

Now, the form fillers can click on the Save button, so they don't lose their progress in case they're logged out.
