Hi Christian,
For Standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver and Gold), you can only change your form URL with this format:
https://form.jotform.com/yourusername/yourformname
After trying to change the URL of the cloned form, I was able to change it using this format:
If this looks good for you, here's how you can change it:
- In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top part of the page.
- Under Quick Share, hover your mouse over the form URL, and click on the pencil icon on the right.
- Edit the URL, and click on Apply.
If you want to use your own domain in your form URL, you can upgrade to Jotform Enterprise to do so.

Can you confirm if you've already tried using a different Internet connection? If not yet, can you give it a try for us to narrow down on the issue? Also, can you open your browser's Console Log Report, and take a screenshot of it as well?

Hi Christian,
There seems to be no log messages and errors found in your console log. Can you confirm if you have tried using a different internet connection? If not, please do so?
Sometimes, old cache and cookies can prevent the updated URL from displaying correctly. Can you try to clear your browser's cache, then give it another try? You can also use incognito mode to determine if extensions or cached data are causing the issue. If the issue persists, try to refresh the page by pressing Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) to perform a hard refresh. Lastly, try disabling browser extensions, as they can sometimes interfere with how pages load.

It appears that you manually edited the form's URL. To create a custom URL, go to the Publish page. Let me walk you through it:
- In Form Builder, go to Publish at the top.
- Under Share With Link, select the Pencil icon next to your form URL.
- Enter your desired custom URL, then select Apply.
