Masquer la condition du champ ne fonctionne pas

Bonjour,

j'ai crée un formulaire d'inscription à une association. J'ai ajouté des conditions en cas de réponse à certains choix. Les réponses sont donc masquées et s'ouvrent uniquement si la personne clique sur le choix dédié.

Malheureusement, les conditions ne s'ouvrent pas qd je teste le formulaire. pouvez-vous m'aider sur le sujet ou prendre la main ?
