Bonjour, pourriez-vous m'adresser les factures de mai et juin à l'adresse a.gaure@lacotedorjadore.com et me confirmer à cette occasion qu'il s'agit bien des derniers paiements dans le cadre de notre abonnement ?
En effet, nous l'avons arrêté car nous n'avons plus de besoins de formulaires pour cette année, merci de ne pas reconduire celui-ci ou nous démarcher en ce sens.

Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I can confirm that your account has been downgraded to the Starter Plan (free). You can view your billing invoice on your Account Billing page. The invoice will only be sent to the registered email address on your account, and there's no option to send it to a different email. If you want, you can change your email address to start getting invoices there. Let me show you how:
- Hover over your avatar in the top-right corner of the website.
- Click on your name.
- Your registered email address is located at the bottom of the Profile Page. Click the Edit button on the right side of the Profile option.
- Enter the new email address and then click the Save button.
- If the Require verification to change email option is activated in your Security Settings, you will receive an email to confirm the email address change request.
- Finally, you will receive an email asking you to verify the account's new email address
