Bonjour, je suis étudiante, en stage dans une entreprise jusqu'au 10 juillet.

L'on m'a demander de réaliser une enquête de satisfaction, ce que j'ai fais grâce à Jotform.

Cependant je finis mon stage le 10 juillet. J'aimerais par conséquent transférer le formulaire sur le compte d'un employé pour que la personne puisse modifier l'enquête et voir les résultats...

J'aimerais savoir comment faire cela ?

Now, let me help you with your question. If I understand you correctly, you have filled out a form designed by Jotform and you want to send it to another employee to edit your answers? If this is what you're looking for, do note that this can happen only via the form owner. They can edit your answers or send your submission to another employee to edit it.

But actually, the problem is that I created a form and I would like to transfer administrator rights to someone else, because I won't be there on July 10th.

Sure, you can use the Form Collaboration feature to let other users edit your forms. Let me show you how to do it:

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Collaborators button on the top right side of the screen.
• Click the Copy Link and share it with your colleague.

Since there's no option to extend the 72-hour duration for the link expiration period, you have to create another collaboration link to use every time it expires. Also, you can achieve this by Sharing Jotform Tables with this user. Let me show you how:

1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button.
2. Click on Share Settings and select Private Table, so only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
3. Under the Invitation Role section, you can use Collaborator.
4. Now, use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.

Alternatively, you can have more features if you upgrade to the Enterprise plan. This will allow you to create teams and add members to your account with their own emails to work on specific forms.
