Hello Melanie,
Please note that the layout content (including HTML source codes) for the email body of the email notifications only has a maximum limit of 65,000 characters that the database field can handle to be saved.
This means that you need to reduce other codes or revise your HTML code so that it would be within the 65,000 character limit. The database truncates or eliminates the excess characters which might cause your email notification to show distorted or missing some of the submission data in your inbox if not fixed.
