How to resize all form fields to be equal?

1. Nous n'arrivons pas a dimensionner tous les champs de la meme largeur, pourriez vous mexpliquer svp ? (voir exemple en fin de page de ce site : https://toituresgamache.qc-inc.ca/)
2. Pour les mots cles a exclure dans les conditions du formulaire, doit-on noter mot par mot, ou pouvons nous mettre toute une liste d'un coup pour que si un de ces mots sort, par exemple, le bouton envoyer soit caché ?
   Nous avons une liste de mots cles de 40 mots pour éviter des demandes de recrutement via les formulaires.
