Now, coming back to your question, may I know which account you are referring as suspended? If this email account is what you are referring, I can only see a guest account tied to it. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only.
You can use the same email address you did for your Guest account and use it to create a Starter account. To create a new account, you can go to this link.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
