Bonjour j’ai effectué un paiement mais les formulaires de contacts ne fonctionnent toujours pas ?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question. Sometimes the account limits may take a few minutes to refresh, so I have manually re-calculated your account's limits and your form is now accessible. See screenshot below:

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your account, and unfortunately, you have exceeded the limits for the Monthly Form Views. It's called Form View when someone visits or views the form, regardless if you have embedded or published it directly. When you hit this monthly limit or any of the monthly limits, you can either upgrade your account to increase your limits, or wait for the counter to reset, which varies between accounts. To check the schedule for the reset on your account, you can check your Account's Usage page. Here’s how to do it:
1. On the website, click on your Avatar from the top-right corner.
2. Select Usage from the left menu.
3. Check on the Monthly Usage.We also have a guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.
