1. Premium Client Service Option $100 Per Client
2. Dispute to all 3 credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion), sub bureaus (Lexis Nexis, Core Logic, etc), along with personal identifiers and inquiries.
3. GAs per client for six months Create Metro 2 Compliance Challenge letters attacking all negative and derogatory accounts.
4. Client processing, updates and notes for each round in system.
5. Printing and mailing of all Metro 2 Compliance Challenge letters by First Class Mail.
6. Answer questions regarding potential clients and how to handle certain accounts.
7. No minimum number of clients or disputes required for pricing.
8. Custom Plans available for 100+ clients.
Client Profiles will be processed within 48 hours of the time they were assigned and received excluding weekends and holidays.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
1.The term of this Agreement (the "Term") will begin on the date of the executed Agreement and will remain in full force and effect indefinitely until terminated as provided in this Agreement.
2. If either Party wishes to terminate this Agreement, said Party is required to provide 14 days' notice.
3. At no time can any business or entity under this agreement promise to provide services not stated nor realized by Empowering Financial. Failure to adhere will result in an immediate breach and termination of this agreement of which Empowering Financial will indemnify and be held harmless.
4. Except as otherwise provided in this agreement, the obligations of the service provider will end upon the termination of this agreement.
5. Non-payment is considered a Breach of Contract and Agreement is terminated.
6. If the account remains unpaid for over 120 days - the said account will be turned over to Collections for recovery and possible judgement for Breach of Contract and dwill be filled within our jurisdiction. Said Party will be responsible for additional fees and court costs.
