Hei,
vuosimaksu oli erääntynyt. Päivitin maksutiedot mutta herjaa edelleen erääntymistä. Sivulla alimpana on nappi jossa ei näy tekstiä mutta kun sitä klikkaa, tulee kuvaliitteen mukainen teksti. Mikä avuksi?

While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have Finnish Support agents who can help you. So I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.

payment is still undone. How can I pay that invoice?
Please make sure that our forms don´t disappear because of this problem.

Hi Tina,
Thanks for getting back to us. Please note that even if your account is downgraded to the Starter Plan(Free PLan) your forms will not be removed. They will not based on the account usage and limits however you should be able to use it once you have upgraded again.
I checked your account and found that you have removed the payment method which is the reason the transaction failed. You will need to renew your plan by adding a payment method to your account. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.
