Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I understand you are concerned with the Jotform AI Chatbot product containing the Jotform AI watermark. Let me know if I'm misunderstanding that at all.

    It's correct, I'm noticing that the AI ​​bot is responding with a message and adding a user to the messages it responds to via Instagram. I think this could result in a problem since it mostly responds in English for that part while the rest of the text responds in Spanish. This is causing confusion for customers. I want to know if this will always happen or can I remove it?

    To clarify, the 'handled by an AI Agent of @jotform_official' note is part of the current Jotform AI watermarking feature, which helps users know when a response comes from the AI instead of a human. At the moment, this message is automatically included and can’t be removed or customized.

    About the mixed language responses you mentioned, Jotform's AI phone answering system supports multiple languages to serve a diverse customer base. But sometimes the AI may respond in English for certain parts while the rest of the message is in another language like Spanish. You might consider setting the preferred language for your AI interactions. Let me show you how:

    1. In AI Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on AI Persona.
    3. On the right, click on the Default Language Dropdown menu and select your preferred language.
