    ESTOY INTENTANDO HACER UN FORMULARIO PARA GENERAR ORDENES DE TRABAJO DE MANTENIMIENTO (MAINTENANCE TICKET ORDER).

    COMO PUEDO HACER UN FORMULARIO QUE SEA CAPTURADO POR UN USUARIO. DESPUES QUE ESTE FORMULARIO LLEGUE AL CORREO DEL ENCARGADO DE MANTENIMIENTO Y ACEPTE LA ORDEN DE TRABAJO.

    DESPUES PERMITA AL ENCARGADO DE MANTENIMIENTO DARLE SEGUIMIENTO A LA SOLICITUD PERMITIENDO CONTROLAR EL ESTADO ABIERTO (EN PROCESO) O CERRADO (TERMINADO) CUANDO ESTE INCIDENTE SEA ATENDIDO (TICKET STATUS, OPEN / CLOSED).

    ADEMAS DE GENERAR UN REPORTE DE TICKETS ABIERTOS Y TICKETS CERRADOS.

    Now, coming back to your question, have you tried our Jotform Approval feature? Jotform Approval will allow you to create a visualized approval flow process, where the submission can be routed to your teammate, and your teammate can approve or deny depending on the situation.

    It's easy to create a Jotform Approval. Let me walk you through the steps:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the top orange navigation bar.
    2. Click on Workflows on the left sidebar.

    4. In Workflow Builder, click or drag-and-drop Approve element into the canvas.
    5. Then, click or drag-and-drop two Email elements into the canvas too.
    6. Connect the Approve element with the two Email element.

    THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE. NOW IM USING APPROVAL WORKFLOW.

    ABOUT THE STATUS ORDER, HOW CAN I CONTROL THE OPEN OR CLOSED ORDER ONCE ITS ATENDED.

    THEN GENERATE A RESUME OF OPEN AND CLOSED ORDERS.

    Hi RPA_PLASTIC,

    I noticed that your current workflow ends after the first approval. If your intention is to route the submission to another approver, you’ll need to add another approval element in the workflow. Also, keep in mind that you can customize the approval outcomes instead of using the standard Approved/Denied options, which allows you to better fit your process. Let me show you how:

    1. In Workflow Builder, click on the Approval Element field, then click on the Gear icon to open Approval Properties.
    2. In Approval Properties on the right side of the page, scroll down and click Edit Email under Notification Emails.
    3. Then, click on the Eye icon, in the window that opens, select the outcomes you prefer, then click on the Save button.

    WELL I DONT EVEN KNOW IF THE WORKFLOW IS THE BEST WAY TO SOLVE WHAT I NEED.


    I NEED A FORM THAT CAN BE MANAGED AS OPEN OR CLOSED TICKET ORDER. ITS A MAINTENANCE TICKET ORDER FORM.

    ONCE THE FORM IS FILLED AND SENT. IT MUST BE SENT VIA EMAIL TO MAINTENANCE AREA. I USE THE AUTO RESPONSE EMAIL OPTION.

    THEN THE MAINTENANCE AREA MUST BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE STATUS OF THE FORM AS 'OPEN', 'IN PROCESS' OR 'CLOSED'

    Hi RPA_PLASTIC,

    Once you set up, the submissions can be sent to maintenance team. Then, if the submission is approved or denied, the status will automatically be changed to that selected status, and no other additional setting required from your end. Have you given a try by submitting a dummy submission, then approving or denying the submission?
